Today the Commission, Lara Dalton MLA, Member for Geraldton and Sandra Carr MLC, Member for the Agricultural Region met with the Hon Patrick Gorman MP, Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister.

It was a great opportunity to highlight the major project activity in the region, and the potential for the Mid West to further support the diversification and decarbonisation of the economy.

The key roles of electricity transmission, transport infrastructure and housing in delivering on that vision – and opportunities for the State and Federal Governments to collaborate effectively – were also discussed.
